The plan for your next anniversary is as follows. Finish work a little early on Friday afternoon, hand the kids over to grandma, give her a big kiss and off to the airport. Beautifully catching one of the last flights to London, where you'll land around 8pm - and since you'll be staying right at Heathrow today, you'll still have time for a candlelit dinner and a swim in the pool.

On Saturday morning, straight after a full English breakfast, you'll have a private transfer to Windsor within 15 minutes. The morning is spent strolling through the picturesque centre with its many cafes, shops and especially Windsor Castle. Lunch sees you enjoy a traditional Fish and Chips lunch at a quaint riverside restaurant and then your private transfer awaits you again - this time via your hotel to Heathrow, where you simply collect your luggage and continue on to central London. After you've checked in, you'll have a traditional afternoon tea, and as soon as you're done, a ride on the London Eye sightseeing bike, from which you'll have London in the palm of your hand. Then just cross the bridge and you're at Westminster Abbey, where Kate and William were married. Then just a few steps and you're at St. James Park, in our opinion London's most beautiful park, where you'll walk a few minutes to Buckigham Palace. But it's time for dinner, so how about Gordon or Jamie?

Sunday morning is perfect for a stroll along the Thames - just a coffee and croissant in hand. And then turn north and you're in Covent Garden, where My Fair Lady was set. You can get lost in the little boutiques, cafes and restaurants here for half a day, but you'll be having lunch elsewhere today - at St Catherine's Dock just over Tower Bridge, one of our favourite places in London. Then it's just a walk around the Tower, back to the hotel to collect your bags and to the airport - you'll fly home almost directly from the centre, from London City Airport, so you'll have time to kiss the kids goodnight tonight.
